Clinical Services
Therapy
I provide therapy in person and virtual sessions. While my clinical approaches vary based on the needs of each client, I frequently incorporate elements of EMDR, IFS, expressive arts, play therapy, and traditional talk therapy. I also provide education to clients in order to help them gain more understanding of their own internal processes.
Parent Support
A lot of my work focuses on supporting parents as they navigate challenges that range from understanding a new diagnosis to trying to change parenting approaches from what doesn’t seem to be working. My focus is on nervous system regulation, not strictly behavioral change. This focus helps parents understand how to better support their kids, and we are able to find successes that feel good for all who are involved.
Common Presenting Issues
I support a lot of neurodivergent individuals and families with the most common presentations be autism, PDA, ADHD, and learning disabilities. These presentations frequently carry other challenges such as anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief, marital conflict, OCD, school or work difficulties, stress, trauma, and other struggles. We dive into all of it.
Free Consultation
Choosing a therapist can be a stressful process, and finding the right fit is important. For that reason, I offer a 15-30 minute consultation at no cost. This gives us both the opportunity to make sure that I am the best therapist for you. A consultation can be scheduled online by clicking the button below and following the steps for a new client.
Consultation and Training
I provide consultation and training on topics such as neurodivergence, attachment, trauma, and other general mental health topics. Consultation is frequently with other clinicians but can also be for organizations. Training has ranged from being for small specialized groups to large national conferences. I can tailor these to meet the needs of the audience.
